If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Paath provides functional medicine services including at-home lab testing, personalized health reports, and targeted supplement recommendations. Our services are intended for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition.

3. SMS Communications

By opting in to Paath SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages at the phone number provided. These messages may include:

• Order confirmations and shipping updates
• Lab result notifications
• Personalized health tips and supplement reminders
• Promotional offers and exclusive deals

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@paath.us.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through Paath are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our lab testing and health reports, these services are non-refundable once processed. Unopened supplement products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact support@paath.us to initiate a return.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Paath does not guarantee that lab results or health recommendations will achieve any particular health outcome. Individual results may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content on paath.us and related platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Paath and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
