Is this medical care or does it replace my doctor?
No — and that's by design. Paath is an educational functional-health program: your labs are physician-ordered, and a licensed functional medicine practitioner interprets them and builds your plan to educate and guide you, not to diagnose or treat disease. It complements your existing care — it never replaces it.
Can I share these labs and reports with my current doctors?
Yes — that’s encouraged. Your full results, your Functional Health Report and your 6-Month Metabolic Plan are yours to keep and hand to any provider on your care team. You can also upload their past labs and notes into the app, so your practitioner reads everything side by side.
What if my labs have always been “normal”?
Standard panels check 12–20 markers against ranges built to rule out disease. Paath reads 80 markers against functional optimal ranges — the difference between “nothing is wrong” and “here’s what’s drifting and what to do about it.” That gap is exactly why most members come to us.
What if I already had labs done this year?
Great — that baseline helps. Upload your old results in the app and your practitioner will read the two side by side. Most standard panels cover a fraction of these 80 markers, and none come with a written 6-month plan.
Which states do you work in — and where is the 1:1 visit available?
The 6-month reset is available in most of the country, but not everywhere — we currently cannot serve residents of New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island. The live 60-minute 1:1 visit is available in AZ, CA, FL, IL, MN, NC, OR and TX; everywhere else you get the same panel, the same two reports and the same 6-month plan, with 180 days of practitioner support in the app. The 10-second availability check confirms your state before you pay.
What happens if nothing useful shows up?
Your practitioner still reads every marker and writes up all of it — and against functional optimal ranges, useful patterns almost always show up even when everything is “in range.” And if your report and plan arrive and you still don’t feel clear on your results and next steps, the Clarity Guarantee applies: email us within 7 days and we refund you 100%.
How quickly do I get my plan?
Your lab order is ready within 3–5 days of ordering, so most members are drawn the same week. Results come back 8–10 business days after the draw, and your report and 6-month plan follow right behind them — about 2–3 weeks from ordering.
How does the refund work?
